As part of this year's annual celebration of the university, Dr. Anja Randecker was awarded the Klaus-Georg and Sigrid Hengstberger Prize 2023 for her project about "Geometry and Dynamics of surfaces of infinite type". The award enables Anja to conduct a week-long scholarly symposium on surfaces of infinite type and geodesic flows at the International Academic Forum Heidelberg (IWH) in July 2024.
